A yoga teacher, a healer, a school teacher, a mom, a rancher, a wife, a leader, a woman.  My passion in life for a long time was teaching students in middle school and later in my career leadership classes.  This has recently changed as I always told myself when I no longer loved it, I would no longer do it.  On the side I have taught yoga classes, taken students across Canada, been a mom to my young daughter and teenage son, a wife to my amazing husband and worked on our ranch.  Recently I have come to learn I love working with others and inspiring them to move away from overwhelm, anxiety and stress and move toward ease, thrive and building supportive network of people around them – their tribe.  I now run my own business where I lead workshops, retreats, yoga classes, dynamic groups and courses.
